Dear Innovators, the Agency for Innovation launches the call for participation in the mission of Italian Innovators in South Korea, tied at the International Exhibition 2012 which will take place from 12 May to 12 August 2012 in Yeosu South Korea Italy of Innovators, is an initiative sponsored by the Agency for the Diffusion of Technology Innovation, in collaboration with the Department Digitisation and Technological Innovation, which aims to bring out the best examples of ‘ Italian technological innovation and excellence. The project aims to be the first step of a policy of promotion of Italian innovation. She wants to give international visibility permanently Italian technological excellence, often hidden and not visible at the institutional level, creating an event with the aim to showcase the best of Italy and begin to make an initial survey of excellence in our country order to enhance them. The project wants to project a more complete picture of Italy, meaning “Land of Innovation”, a reality that can create innovative products and high technology content in multiple different areas.
The goal that we want to pursue is threefold:
• to give international visibility to the technological excellence of Italian SMEs;
• showcase the best of Italy and begin to make an initial survey of excellence in our country;
• ensure continuity of activity scouting for innovative firms in order to highlight the role of national innovative creativity.
The mission will take place from July 30 to August 3 and provides a presence in Yeosu, home of Expo, and a presence in Seoul. May attend all the companies selected by Italy innovators. Moreover, Italy with the participation of Innovators Expo in Yeosu also open to companies, universities and science parks involved in the Expo theme: Coastal Oceans and living – Diversity of Resources and Sustainable Activities and its sub-themes:
coastal development and preservation;
new technologies for resources;
creative maritime activities.
